From Good to Great: The 5-System Blueprint to Transform Your Culture & Increase Profitability - Ms. Malika Azargoon

Course Description: You can have strong clinical skills, a busy schedule, and a hardworking team — yet still feel like your practice is harder than it should be. In this session,  Malika Azargoon shares her signature 5-System Blueprint, a proven framework used to help transform chaos into clarity, strengthen culture, and increase profitability — without burnout. Great practices don’t run on motivation alone. They run on intentional systems. This course breaks down the five essential systems that determine whether a practice remains reactive and stressed — or becomes aligned, accountable, and sustainably profitable.

Objectives:

  1. Identify the five core systems that drive sustainable practice growth.
  2. Evaluate system breakdowns that impact culture and profitability.
  3. Apply leadership and accountability strategies to improve team performance.
  4. Create an actionable roadmap to strengthen operational and financial outcomes.

Beyond Survival: Critical Decisions That Create Implant Vitality - Dr. H. Ryan Kazemi

Dental implants do not succeed simply because they integrate. They succeed because of the critical decisions made long before placement, decisions about implant position, hard and soft tissue development, biological principles, and alignment with the restorative vision. True implant vitality is not about hardware or techniques, but about creating the conditions that allow tissues to remain stable, healthy, and resilient over time. Most implant complications arise when these principles are compromised, often leading to failure and disappointed patients. When implants are planned with intention and executed skillfully with biological awareness, they don’t just survive, they remain vital, serve patients desires, and earn long-term trust.

In this presentation, Dr. H. Ryan Kazemi introduces a new vision in implant dentistry: achieving implant vitality. He will explore the critical diagnostic, planning, and execution decisions that distinguish long-term vitality from short-term survival, insights shaped not only by contemporary understanding of implant and tissue biology, but also by two decades of managing complications and learning from them.
