Charge: To equip new leaders within the Academy of General Dentistry with the tangible skills and knowledge to promote the growth and success of their respective constituents

Zoom Meetings: Third Wed of each month from 6:30pm - 8:30pm Pacific time (a.k.a. Cali time)

Measures of success:

• Pre and Post Test of each meeting
• Completed evaluations at the conclusion of each meeting
• Completed local CE event implemented by the conclusion of the program

Cost for the 2026 Program Year: $0 for Region 14 constituents

*external participants will be considered on a case-by-case basis

CE Credits: Up to 26 hours of Subject Code 770 Self Improvement

• July 15 at 6:30pm PST - Peer-to-Peer Mentorship 
• Aug 19 at 6:30pm PST - CST, AGDConnect, Advocacy Center & other Resources
• Sept 16 at 6:30pm PST - PACE & Marketing Strategies
• Oct 21 at 6:30pm PST - Parliamentary Procedure Training
• Nov 18 at 6:30pm PST - Leadership Skills Training
• Dec 16 at 6:30pm PST - Diversity & Biases Training
• Jan 20 at 6:30pm PST - Defining Your Leadership Journey
• Feb 17 at 6:30pm PST - AGD Pillar: AGD Advocacy Efforts (NSDP)
• March 17 at 6:30pm PST - Final Cohort Presentations
