7 CE Credits, Code 550

Learn what it takes to avoid practice management blunders that may be working against you. From patient to employee management, the lasting effect of COVID-19 is that traditional practice management processes and procedures have evolved. While some practices have stumbled under the weight of additional or changing management burdens, others have learned how to excel.

This course was designed to help doctors and their staff transition from survive to thrive by learning more efficient ways to create productivity with less stress. Senior Consultant Sandy Pardue will discuss better ways to control the phones, increase new patient numbers, reactivate patients, improve communication skills, increase treatment acceptance, and predict and control broken appointments.

This presentation will provide tools to close the back door so that new patients stay and existing patients get back in the chair. Sandy will share verbal skills and systems that will benefit each position in the practice. Attendees will leave with an action plan for implementing systems that will accelerate practice growth.
