Doctor will need to identify one (1) patient who has some level of dental anxiety and needs either a filling or a simple extraction. Patients should be ASA Class I, II, III regarding their health status. Treatment will be provided by you and we will not charge them for treatment. They must be willing to undergo nitrous and oral sedation drugs during the procedure; therefore they will need someone to drive them to and from the dental office. Typically, they should have a report of some level of dental anxiety to be eligible. They should be available the entire 12pm-5pm timeframe and will be seen in random order. Arizona AGD will provide patients to those who cannot identify a patient or who are out-of-state.
