👉 At the completion of this course, participants will be able to do:

Extractions: single tooth and multiple extractions – make life easy, spot difficult teeth early and adapt technique, spot anatomic factors – root morphology/ankyloses/endo tx/impaction/access, it is not about strength – capitalize on geometry and physics, how long should an extraction take – consequences of extensive efforts, stepwise approach to the tooth that won’t cooperate

Wisdom Teeth: nomenclature of impacted 8’s, cases to treat and cases to refer, TMD and wisdom teeth, anaesthetic options, post-op expectations and instructions

Socket Preservation: trade-off between effective tooth removal and alveolar ridge integrity, materials and techniques to preserve a socket, materials and techniques to rebuild lost alveolar anatomy

Biopsy: local anesthesia how to incise or excise simple soft tissue lesions – direction and depth of incision/closure, filling out the biopsy form

Ready to save your spot? Register today as there are only 30 spots for this hands-on.
